Im sure you are going to love this one.You can make atleast 10 different dishes with minced meat (kheema), one of them is Kheema with Capsicum.
Ingredients:
Minced Meat : 1/2 Kg
Capsicum :2-3 Big ones,cut into small pieces.
Green Chillies :2-3
Kothmir/Coriander leaves : a bunchPudina/Mint leaves :10 leaves
Onions : 2 big ones thinly sliced
Masala :
Salt : According to taste
Turmeric pwdr : 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli Pwdr :1 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 table spoon
Oil : 2 tbl spoon
Method
- Pressure cook minced meat with a pinch of turmeric,a pinch of ginger garlic paste a pinch of salt for 2-4 whistles.
- Take a Non-Stick sauce pan and add oil,put thinly sliced onions and fry it till they get transparent.
- Add salt,ginger garlic paste ,turmeric pwdr,red chilli pwdr and add pressure cooked minced meat.Stir it for 10 mints atleast ,the oil should start extracting from the corners.
- Add capsicum pieces,green chillies,kothmir,pudina leaves and leave it on medium flame for 10 mints....
TIP: Instead of capsicum,you add,Beans,Muttor,Potatoes,Cauliflower too.
Also make khatti daal as a side dish for this,can have this with Roti and Rice too.Mostly plain rice.
